Martinkovic Milford Architects was entrusted by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf with executing the company’s prototype for implementation throughout Northern California. The historical site in downtown San Francisco required modification to the typical store design to fit in a tight 700 s.f. urban location. Through creative adaptation of standard design elements, Martinkovic Milford Architects’ allowed The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s highly identifiable brand and ambience to shine through in this exceptional location.
