While both preserving and updating the English Tudor style of the home, Martinkovic Milford converted this two-bedroom, one-story residence to a four-bedroom, two-story residence, doubling the owner's living space. On the ground floor, the dining room and formal living room give way to a more casual kitchen and family room, which open out to the yard. As a transition from the formal to the informal spaces, the architects designed a custom wood wine hall, complete with refrigerated and open wine storage and a marble tasting counter. On the second floor, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a spacious bathroom and a private deck provide the master bedroom suite a feeling of a luxurious private retreat.
